Brian Gutierrez is an American politician. In 2013, he was appointed to the California State Council on Developmental Disabilities,〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Office of Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. - Newsroom )〕 he was responsible in fixing a broken system. Gutierrez is from West Covina,〔 he was the youngest California State Council member appointed by Governor Jerry Brown, and the first to have Autism and is a graduate of Nogales High School. As a Nogales High School student Gutierrez raised over $100,000 for after school programs and advocated for the Rowland Unified School Police to be equipped with Police Radios to ensure in case of a emergency the Department had the resources to seek help from local Departments like West Covina Police and Los Angeles County Sheriffs. As a California State Council member Gutierrez fought and voted on measures to ensure tax payer money was being spent correctly and that those who misuse those funds were prosecuted by the Attorney Generals office. Gutierrez worked with National Charities like Autism Speaks to create awareness for those with Developmental Disabilities. Gutierrez worked with people from all walks of like including Cristiano Ronaldo , Joan Sebastian , Marco Antonio Solis ,and many more to create impactful public awareness. He became the first State Council member in history to do such a thing as he demonstrated the values of working for The People. Prior to working as a California State Council member, Gutierrez worked as a Senior Advisor to both Democrat Senator Gil Cedillo and State Assembly member Roger Hernandez in the California State Legislature. In July 2015 Gutierrez file documents to run for the West Covina City Council for the upcoming November 2015 election.
